We are a non-profit alliance of leading global organizations that will directly harness the creative talent of thousands of designers to design and deliver positive impact against the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals, on a scale only possible through global collaboration.
Delivering positive impact through design
Design for Good is a design-focused non-profit alliance that aims to enact measurable impact on society’s biggest challenges aligned to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (‘SDG’), on a scale that would not be possible by any one single organisation or institution.
The participation of local NGOs is integral to the initiative, providing insights and support to the designers from the outset as they create and refine design solutions to affect real-world change upon impacted global communities. On an annual basis, the alliance will instigate the delivery of tested design projects and innovations, and following appraisal a selection will be scaled for implementation.
An alliance of leading global organisations
Established in 2022, Design for Good’s founding alliance comprises many of the world’s largest organisations including General Mills, Lixil, Logitech, Nedbank, Nestlé, McKinsey & Company, Microsoft, Pepsico, Philips and Royal College of Art.
